You're going to pay a premium at a dealership but it comes with piece of mind (most of the time) too. In this instance, they refused to fix work previously performed without me first agreeing to pay a fee to have a tech look at the work and even then they wouldn't guarentee that I would have to pay something. It's disappointing because I've only ever brought my vehicle to Dublin Mazda. I wish people would stand by their work. I may need to look at other options for service in the future.
Had a wonderful experience yesterday buying a car from Keith Morita at Dublin Mazda. He was responsive, prepared, efficient, and very friendly. I was in and out in 3 hours, and the process would have probably been even faster if Keith and I were not happily gabbing about cars and life so much. Keith is a car fan like me, and a gentleman. Highly recommend the dealer and the man.

And the CX-30 is awesome! Best value on the market, hands down. My $37k Turbo Premium Plus literally has everything, does everything, feels solid as a rock, is quiet as a mouse, and runs like a dream. Most importantly, it is really easy to drive the CX-30 very smooth and gentle when needed. My daughter gets car sick easily and this is going to make our upcoming road trip to see her cousin at college very comfy for her.
Horrible experience. General manager and manager are awful people said salesmen are low to the ground and managers are above them. It’s ok they give incorrect information cause they don’t know. That statement didn’t sit well with me so I raised my voice and let them know I didn’t think that was right only to be screamed at by the manager STOP. You don’t need to bad mouth your employees. There were no apologies for all the misinformation I received. Just told I should know better that salesmen are down here on the ground and don’t know better. It just felt disgusting by how they were treating me after I just bought a car. I’ve never been yelled at like that. Go to a different Mazda dealership if you like Mazda. Ken in Dublin is awful.
